Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
Strong subject core areas in strategic management for innovative global-minded mid-level business managers.
The MBA program of I.AME has been redesigned and reengineered to capture current global trends of world-class masteral education. I.AME combines classroom discussions, organized talks / seminars / workshops, real-world case analyses, focused group discussions and field research activities with project-research based learning for its masteral students, emerging from different sectors of society, locally and internationally. Its curriculum components go beyond the traditional lecture classroom sessions, for it deals directly on the future MBA student : his/her unique management personality, the business and industry he/she belongs to and caters specifically to the student's future needs as a qualified world-class manager.
The program is divided into 4 interrelated segments. The first segment is a Pre-MBA workshop designed for students who graduated from non-business related college courses or for those who graduated with management related college courses but feel the need for refresher-review classes. The second segment is composed of the fundamental subjects in MBA which introduces and builds the basic theories in management. The third segment deals with functional subjects, considered as the main cornerstones of an organization to function effectively and efficiently. Lastly, the fourth segment is composed of integration subjects which join all functional subjects using foundational subjects as a basis to create and design world-class management reports and activities. For Thesis-Based MBA's, a possible thesis would be to submit the I.AME MBA MANAGEMENT RESEARCH STUDY (MMRS) - Business Plan / Feasibility Study / Strategic Management plan about an organization or an industry they would like to center their entire MBA education on - and the project assigned for this subject can already be par of the MMRS.
